Our goal is to equip our players with the tools necessary to be successful, not only in the game of baseball, but in their present and future lives.

Teamwork, respect, responsibility, integrity, and sportsmanship are core values of the Monsters that are instilled and developed through the trials and tribulations of team sports, and baseball in particular. By giving our players the skills needed to navigate the inevitable failures that occur on a baseball field, they will be better prepared to contend with any and all challenges they will face off the field.
